RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
At Rangdari, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. We take great care in crafting and packaging each handloom saree and piece of jewelry so that it reaches you in perfect condition.
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in the event of a damaged product.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, we're here to make it right. To initiate an exchange for a damaged item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order — requests raised after this window, unfortunately, cannot be accommodated. An unboxing video is also mandatory to process any exchange. Kindly ensure you record a clear, uninterrupted video from the moment you begin opening your package. Exchanges requested without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
A Note on Colors
Our products are handloom pieces, and each one is photographed with care to represent its true color as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations of 10–20% may occur due to differences in screen settings, photography lighting, or natural light conditions. Such variations are not considered a defect and are not eligible for an exchange. We always strive to keep the tones as true to life as possible, and we appreciate your understanding of this natural characteristic of handloom craft.
